Eve Wolf

I am a highly experienced piano teacher (for 25 years) and an active performer, as well as artistic director of Ensemble for the Romantic Century. I also teach piano at Teachers College/Columbia University and have lectured at The Juilliard School. I am highly adept in teaching piano at any level, and am extremely kind and patient. I enjoy teaching and understand the long-term nature of this undertaking. I am able to teach conservatory level, but also enjoy teaching complete beginners. Some of my adult beginners have gone on to give concerts and play significant chamber music. I have free performance classes, which are followed by potluck dinners in which students play for one another and create a supportive musical community. My students rarely stop their lessons, because I make sure they are a great experience. I know how to get people to progress and not become discouraged, and so they enjoy their lessons and the instrument. I myself have been lucky enough to have had top international training, which I can communicate to anyone at any level. My studio is a very pleasant environment that my students enjoy coming to.
