What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certification through American Council on Exercise expires every two years and I take Continuing Education Courses to keep it up to date. I also take CPR annually or bi-annually.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural step from growing up as a dancer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mostly with Women ages 35-70 looking to remain healthy for life and enjoy the journey!
