Introduction: My passion is to help people to better be able to use their bodies. I have helped many people overcome injuries, imbalances, and many of the drawbacks of genetic conditions.
In the 17 years that I have been a personal trainer and the 10 years that I've been a Pilates instructor, I have continued to further my knowledge and experience to better assist my clients to their optimal level of performance and function. I'm still very aware of what it's like to be a beginner in the field of fitness and not know how to proceed or which way to turn.
In a nonjudgmental way, I can help you navigate those unknown and scary paths. I also believe, as did the ancient Greeks, that exercise is like medicine in many ways; I'm not replacing medicine but augmenting its effects, often preventing disease and disability.
