Unfortunately, I had to let Mr. Brightness go from the job he was working on. The first day he was 11 hours late (not a typo) and he would frequently leave and say he would be back in an hour and 6+ hours later we would have heard nothing. After a discussion with him, he knows how he could have improved on and moving forward I hope no one else has this problem.
