- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Reporters call the people they know. They do not call people to whom they have not been introduced. If a reporter calls you unexpectedly, it may not be for the best reason. Take their name and number, ask what it is about and say that when you finish the meeting you are in now, you will call them back. Then call me to prepare for that call to the reporter.
