Introduction: Established in November 1963, Blacker and Kooby Stationers has a half-a-century-old history of serving the Upper East Side of Manhattan with quality paper, exquisite writing instruments and related gift items. As a family-run business with a dedicated staff, we strive to provide helpful advice and efficient service to make the shopping experience a pleasant one.
