Introduction: Integrative psychiatry is an approach to mental healthcare. It embraces both conventional and complementary medicine. We believe that this approach allows for a greater focus on the whole person (mind, body, and spirit) as a means to empower individuals with regard to their own health and enhance the physician-patient relationship.
