Dr. Batchelder or Sarai , as she prefers to be called, is the most compassionate, insightful, knowledgeable, and the kindest person I have ever met.
For the past nine months, I have been her patient. I came to Sarai with issues of extreme anxiety, insomnia and panic attacks which took over my whole life. Although I am in my sixties, I cannot remember a time without these problems.Therefore, I was extremely skeptical that anyone could help me change. However, as my sessions went on, little by little, Sarai taught me how to put things in the right perspective. As a result, I currently feel so much calmer and happier than in a long, long time.
Sarai is not only an amazing listener, but she also provides great advice. Whenever I had a panic attack, I would call her. Although she said that I could call her anytime, she probably did not anticipate my phoning at 5 AM . In my defense, I assumed that I would vent on her answering machine. Imagine both my surprise and embarrassment when she not only picked up, but took the time to talk.
As a result of making so much progress, my life has truly turned around. I would recommend Dr. Sarai Batchelder to anyone. She truly is an angel on my shoulder.

I have been seeing M. Batchelder for over ten years. She has been a great help in getting me through the most difficult years of my life.
She has been treating me for depression and anxiety and I am feeling better than I ever expected.
She has helped me through both my career and problems with marriage.
She is open minded in her work and will work hard to find way to help without ever being dogmatic.
