Strategic Revitalization

Introduction: My mission is to help other sensitives, empaths, and intuitives navigate the harshness of New York City living. In a sacred and safe space, feel heard, understood, and open to explore your thoughts and feelings and to relax and release the energetic burden that you've carried for way too long. An infusion of esoteric, hands-on healing modalities and spiritual coaching are incorporated to provide the relief of releasing the pain and shame associated with sensitivity in a safe, compassionate environment, and practical tools are provided to manage a sensitive nature and maintain balance and well-being between sessions.
