- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Define your goals in implementing social, mobile, digital or other new media (how will you hold the person your hire accountable, what are your KPI's)? 2. Interview companies verbally to get a feel for the cultural match - this is critical for training & development relationships. 3. Protect your investment by rolling it out with a digital media policy (if you do not have one today) as well as training to ensure good usage and adoption of any strategies you put in place!
