Introduction: I provide Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong classes and private lessons.
I have been teaching Tai Chi/QiGong classes for 5 years now at St. Margarets House on Fulton Street. I have also taught at Boom Fitness (3rd Ave.), Excelsior Athletic Club and CNR HealthCare.
The program that I teach has been embraced by both young and older clients because of the unique stretching and energy work out. The Tai Chi program guides the mind into the body and releases stresses, much like yoga does, and at the same time, builds up the legs and balance skills.
