Introduction: I tailor my sessions to each student's individual needs based on my ongoing assessment of the student's skills and current needs with input from the student and the parents. I devote time outside the sessions to prepare for individuals and I have experience working with children as young as 5 years old to adults in all subjects.
I have had positive results with all my clients due to my personable nature, professional work ethic, and knowledge and experience in various subjects and projects as well as my ability to explain complex material in simple ways that engages my students in the work and helps them gain confidence as they see and feel the improvement in their development.
I truly care about the progress of each of my students and do all I can to help them. My work does not only include the time I spend in tutoring sessions, I research and develop specific plans at home so I may present the best strategies and exercises for the individual. I love helping people and put my students' success first.
I love helping people in general and teaching is a great way for me to feed that passion to help. The best part of my career is when I see struggling students progress and even better, when the student feel their own progress and they start to exhibit confidence while they work and realize they can learn what they were once afraid of or hesitated with. Children's eyes light up when they get the concept and that is a great feeling:)
I also love the variety of the people I meet at all ages for all learning areas. I never get bored because each client is different.
