FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I read articles, attend trainings, and workshops. I am a member of The National Association of Social Workers and The Intermational Coaching Federation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an interest in psychology and sociology. There were people in my family who struggled with mental illness and I read up and learned a lot about it. I had my own therapy over the years and continued to study. I wanted to be able to work with people and help them achieve their own potential. I first studied Life Coaching for a year, and then went on to do a three year program to become a Licensed Master Social Worker.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people on issues such as depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, presentation skills, interview skills, relationship issues, and career and life changes, work/life balance, and creativity coaching.
