Introduction: Life coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling.
The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
At Resiliency Coaching, I work with clients one-on-one and in groups who feel imprisoned in their lives in one way or another. People who are stressed out, knocked down, addicted, or even paralyzed and don't know how to get up and get free to live joyous and prosperous lives.
The clients learn to identify with what is most important to them, align values, (re)build self-esteem, find purpose, develop support, embrace change, be more optimistic, develop problem solving and coping skills, and establish goals.
Many clients have discovered that the very obstacles that felt impossible to overcome became the curriculum for their greatest growth.
