A. Check tripadvisor to see what others have written about their tour experiences with tour providers. Ask specific
questions and determine whether they are focused on your wishes and requests. How long does it take for them to get back to you? Are they pleasant and well presented.
Do you feel that they're a good fit. Follow your instincts.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Not all tours are the same. If you wish for a tour experience that focuses on your interests, preferences and whims then don't opt for public tours, such as open top bus tours, large group walking tours. Only a private tour with a guide who has provided evidence, for you, that they are experienced, engaging, amusing and fun will do. Check them out on the net and don't fuss about price. If they're what you seek, then go!!!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The customer should know what they're seeking and target their discussion with the tour provider in order that they can determine if they, the provider, can target their
wishes. Ask specific questions: Can you meet me where I want? Can I extend the tour? Are; you flexible? Can we add sites or delete others? What are your payment terms?
Is tipping required and what other costs are involved?

A. It does! It's about passion, enthusiasm and the drive for providing the best experience. Although we are not legal ambassadors, we create a new perception of New York City for our guests; simply, they leave with a different New York City in their heads then the one they came here with.

A. Job! What job? This is not a job, this is a joy! Sharing my love for New York City and providing memorable and fun experiences is a bliss for me and my staffers. Hey, Who had the idea of building The Empire State Building? Why did New York City get so big, and not Phila, or Boston, eh?
