Malcholm did a great job for our event. He was very professional and finished our video faster than he had promised. The quality was beyond what we expected, it wasn't cheesy at all. I thought we were watching a real movie not just a video of our event!!!!

I don't know where to start. Everything was GREAT. He took my project on extremely short notice. I contacted him about creating a highlight reel for my son's football season. He walked me through every step as far as his equipment, quality of film etc and explained everything in GREAT detail... This guy really knows his craft. MJRvisuals is a top notch company, and my family and I have decided to contract them for my sons next 4 football games. Malcholm is hands down the best videographer that I've worked with and I've worked with a lot. His passion, skill, and attention to detail puts him heads and shoulders above everyone else. After seeing the incredible portfolio online, i called Malcholm and we talked a couple times via phone to discuss my project. I was impressed with his perspective regsrding the filming of my event as well as his promptness in replying to my emails. On the day of the event, Malcholm arrived earlier that the job required to connect with me and to get perspective on where he would be able to capture the best footage. The day after the event, he had all of the recorded footage sent to me! The earliest that I have received my footage in the past was a week. Ma lcholm is the real deal. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
