- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are upfront starting from $95 Terms & Conditions: * Price does not include a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee (Nonrefundable) Cancellations within 48 hours of the day of service is 50% refundable! ** Express Signing Package is Quick & Casual: Limit of 1-2 witnesses are permitted during the signing. No personal vow or ring exchange. ***The Intimate Package is booked for a 1 hour time slot & Private Package is booked for a 2 hour time slot. Any additional time is billed at $100 per rounded-up hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get married in New York City, you first have apply for a Marriage License. After you obtain your Marriage License, you must wait 24 hours to have a Marriage Ceremony. New York Married gives you the freedom to schedule a time and date for an officiant to perform a Marriage Ceremony for you! Once the Marriage Ceremony is complete, our officiant will fill out the Marriage License for you with 100% Accuracy. We'll then email a copy back to you and the original signed Marriage License will be mailed out to the City Clerk via USPS priority mail. Tracking will be provided! At that point you can have peace of mind as it will take around 2-4 weeks for your Marriage Certificate to arrive back to you in the mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a certificate of marriage officiant registration issued by the NYC Office of The City Clerk.
