FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will chat to determine what you're looking for and if I'm the right person to take care of that. I'm a firm believer in connection and knowing your strengths and weaknesses. Then, we set up the shoot date. When you arrive, we sit for a moment to touch base and check in with what you've brought to wear, and any details for the shoot. It's very simple..and while yes, you will leave feeling a little tired, you'll also feel confident that you've gotten what you came for - and hopefully more!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily work with models and actors. I also have some experience taking Corporate Headshots, Show Photography, Artist Promotion/CD cover Materials, etc. Prices will vary of course, but if it grabs my interest, I'm always game.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It was my first shoot with a new agency here in NYC. I'm confident about my work, but its always a little nerve-wracking waiting for the feedback when it's the first time. I sent the agent the final edits and about an hour later, my phone rang. The once very excited and alive voice I'd heard previously was now dry and calm...saying, "I got the edits..." My heart skipped a beat..oh no, they didn't like them. He then burst out laughing and said, "They're FANTASTIC! We LOVE them! I was just messing with you. The shots were exactly what we were looking for with him {the model}" Cue, my sigh of relief. A few days later, I received a Thank You card in the mail from the agency about that shoot. A real class act.
