Eric did an amazing job. My balances on my windows needed repair so that the windows would align properly and open/close properly. I received two quotes from companies that said I have to replace the balances entirely - and quoted me multi-thousand dollar repairs - and an 8 week wait-time for parts. Eric and his partner fixed the balances on my windows on the spot in less than an hour charging a tenth of what the other companies wanted. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Eric is honest, won't upsell, and will only do what's needed. Strongly, strongly recommend. My windows work great now - no problems.

I have a 1910 Victorian with the original double hung windows. Some panes were cracked and some sash cords (chains, actually) had to be replaced. It’s not that anyone can, or wants, to do, Eric and Pablo did a beautiful job at a fair price. They were responsive and professional throughout the process. Highly recommended.
