Trinity is a lovely person, easy to get along with, totally motivational and inspirational. I had some (not tons) exercise/training experience when we started working together, so was not completely new to the trainer / client relationship. I can say with confidence that Trinity knows how to listen to her clients' needs (and bodies); she helps set realistic, achievable goals; she has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with; and she'll get you the results you're looking for. She loves what she does and that shines through -- made me learn to love working out, too.

Trinity has a way with what she does. She's well-informed and always keeps herself current with the latest research in exercise and nutrition. Trinity is down to earth and trains her clients with ease. She tailor crafts each workout to meet her clients needs, wants, and abilities. I had been exercising for years before Trinity trained me--it wasn't until I went to her that I really learned how to truly exercise. She taught me how to exercise efficiently and effectively. I now take what I know into every workout I do--whether it's yoga, running, or cross training. Get ready for life-changing results!!

No single session rates, because no results come from a single session. Packages of 10, which at minimum last 5 weeks, and ideally last much less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several continuing education workshops a year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to eat. I love to work out. I love to work with people. I love to have something new to do every day.
