Yoga and Wellness by Maureen

Introduction: I am a physician and a certified yoga instructor living and working in New York City. My specific areas of interest include yoga and meditation, nutrition, mental health, general self care, breastfeeding, and adolescent health. I offer private or group yoga classes, meditation instructions, guided meditations, yoga for families, children, and teens, breastfeeding/lactation assistance, and dialogue about general health and wellness goals/plans. I completed my medical residency in 2013 at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. I received my bachelors degree from Yale University and my medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine.
