FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call to see if we are a good fit. It is very important to me that you are comfortable with me and you see I'm not trying to swindle or b**lsh*t you into anything. We always start with a free personal assessment so we both get to know each other. I will always set aside time to talk about your goals and how we can achieve that. My clients and students come first for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Kinesiology and Human Movement. Personal training: NASM-CPT, Corrective Exercise Speciality Pilates: 500+ hours of full Apparatus & Mat Certification, PreNatal & PostNatal Speciality Anatomy: 1 year of study of Kinesthetic Anatomy, Neuromuscular Preparation for Movement with Irene Dowd. I've also taken many movement seminars with RootlessRoot / Fighting Monkey Practice, Ido Portal, Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and Pilates Continuing Education
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got injured. I got thinking. And I got moving. I love seeing the results of my work on my students and that's what keeps me so motivated to do this work that I do.
