I also customize and personalize every single session, providing you with ways to 'self-practice' and improve through incremental changes. My classes are anatomically sound, physically challenging, and overall, very rewarding! I love helping someone get out of pain and be able to go about their normal life with more energy and zest. Stephanie is really attentive and I couldn't ask for a better teacher . She knows her craft and really enjoys what she does.

I have a back disease resulting from an injury in 2000. I let myself go and did nothing until I met Stephanie in March 2015. I was overweight and stiff (to put it mildly). With her knowledge and patience, not only did I drop pounds and lots of inches, she had me doing pull-ups, planks and pushups. I got stronger and healthier in my eating choices. My flexibility has increased tremendously. If it wasn't for her, my body wouldn't be where it is today. She far exceeded my expectations.

Stephanie is an absolute miracle worker! I've taken classes with her for six months now - she not only helped me achieve my weight goal, but also kickstarted my strong, healthy, clean-living lifestyle that I feel confident I'll stick with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Steph was phenomenal. I've been in the movement/fitness world for years and she was able to put me through training that I've never encountered before AND was a ton of fun. It was intense, new, introspective, creative, and playful. I can't emphasize enough the play component. It wasn't about moving/working out only because it's good for you but because it can be fun to play! The entire time, Steph was encouraging, adapting to my unique needs, explaining the reason behind each thing we did, and keeping it fun, even when it was hard. You'll feel alive in your body from working with Steph.

I originally just wanted to get in shape, but after working with Steph not only had I gotten over my original weight loss plateau but felt much stronger and energized overall. Having been overweight (obese if you listen to those ridiculous BMI charts) I was riddled with lower back issues but training with Steph has really helped me not only get over the pain, but feel good about my mobility and strength. Now a days its rare for me to have any lower back pain , I go back to the movements (she likes to call everything movements instead of exercises) and the pain subsides quicker. Fair warning, her workouts are tough and demanding but totally worth it in the end.
