The primary series of ashtanga yoga is known as yoga chikitsa. This means "yoga therapy" to detoxify and realign the body. Each posture has specific therapeutic benefits, and private sessions can help you maximize these through careful attention to how you practice them, and adjusting them, as needed. The practice can, and should, always be used to increase your progress toward wellness and wholeness. Lori has extensive (and personal) experience working with all of the concerns listed above.
