Introduction: No matter where you are in your practice (just beginning or an advanced yogi), private instruction helps you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and advance your practice quickly. We will work with what you want to work on: shoulders, hips, hamstrings and/or on the postures you want to advance. It's your time and you get to decide. Don't forget to bring a notebook and a camera! We believe in the philosophy which says that the body, as a mirror of the mind, gives us a unique portal into understanding how the mind and body interact. To see how the mind is directly expressed in the body and to look at the mind itself, we utilize the tools of yoga asana, meditation and breathing (pranayama). We will flow through a sequence of asanas or poses while exploring our breath and mind through the lens of our movement. We will sweat, release and have fun.
