Introduction: I dont focus on traditional chanting and religious aspects of the yoga with my clients. I combine a challenging physical practice with breathing/meditation techniques to provide a workout that cleanses the mind and challenges the body.
I love being able to challenge people to try new postures or to hold them for extended periods of time. Many dont know they are capable of doing such things. With a little help and encouragement we unlock new possibilities in the body while at the same time focusing the mind. I love when clients say something like "Thank you....I think" after a challenging session, because I know how amazing they will feel after the "yoga haze" has cleared away.
