Introduction: Compass Yoga classes have a healing / therapeutic quality to them. I truly believe that yoga is for every body at every ability level. A regular practice will help us all to live longer, happier, healthier lives.
I love to have the opportunity to help others create happier, healthier lives for themselves. I also love the great variety in the students I work with. They span from 18 to 80 years old and are at varying levels of ability.
