Pricing is set by frequency of classes and I also offer a sliding scale.

Intake, assessment, creating an individualized practice.

I am a 500 E-RYT (highest level) Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Therapist through a four year long training with KHYF/TKV Desikachar.
