Introduction: I am a certified yoga instructor specializing in vinyasa flow, restorative, and meditation. I have been practicing for over 8 years and before that, I was a ballet dancer for 16 years. I whole-heartedly believe about the healing powers of yoga. A typical session would first begin with a consultation to asses your goals, concerns, and any injuries you may have. You will find my method of teaching to be very soothing and encouraging. I work with all levels, and the best part is, I will come to you so you can practice on your own schedule and in the comfort of your own home!
