Introduction: I have moved to NY last year from Hong Kong. I'm a Chinese, and I have 4 years of experience working at a gym. I practice yoga for almost 2 to 3 years. Last year, I have moved to NY to get my yoga 200-hours teacher-training certification. There are a lot of personal trainer and yoga teacher from the world, and my teaching is based on knowledge and experience. The important thing is, my teaching is from my heart. Sharing is a good virtue. I love to share my diet to my clients, too. I will teach healthy eating and workout that can keep a beautiful shape, build up self-confidence and a lasting life. Thanks.
