Yoga for Transformation

I offer a yoga instruction for powerful transformation that will simultaneously strengthen, and also bring you a sense of ease in your body. I will do my best to challenge you, so that you can grow and transform, and become the new you that you are striving to become. I will help you shed the layers of stuffed baggage that has accumulated, so that the real you can shine forth. That baggage is not you, not the real you. Your real essence is divine. The practices of yoga are the practices of letting go; letting go of your habits, your tendencies, your resistances, the obscurations which disconnect you from your authentic self and your divine nature. Yoga reconnects you to the divine in you. I also have knowledge of nutrition, massage, meditation and cognitive therapy, and I want to share what I have.
