Introduction: I am a deeply grounded and dedicated yoga instructor. I have taken over 500 hours of training and have a strong knowledge of effective teaching. I'm constantly evolving and learning in order to better myself to better serve the students.
The following are my best skills as a teacher:
- Consistency: I teach very strong, consistent classes no matter what is going on during the day. I take ample time to plan every single class I teach in order to meet the student's needs and requests. I am always ready to teach when I walk into the studio.
- Personal Attention: Even though I will be teaching group classes, I come to classes early and stay afterwards to help students with their questions and adhere to their general growth as a yoga student.
- Community: I love being part of the Yoga Community in NYC and feel it is important to make students feel like they have a second home in the studio. My goal is to make every yoga class I teach the best part of someone's day.
I am extremely passionate about yoga and sharing my knowledge of it in teaching others. I am compassionate to the needs of New Yorkers to learn de-stressing skills and healing their minds and bodies.
I've also had training in therapeutics, acupressure, pranayama (breath work), and meditation.
