Introduction: I have been practicing the iyengar style of yoga in India since my childhood. After acquiring more training in aerial yoga and yoga anatomy in NYC, I teach a combined iyengar plus vinyasa (flowing but strong in the fundamentals) style along with sharing information based on Ayurveda in my teaching to better understand the body's innate constitution. I specialize in working with clients who are of the "vata dosha" or individuals who undergoing stressful situations, those who are creative by nature and those who'd like to develop a deeper connection of mind and body.
