Ken was professional and took his time repairing a crack in my very old plaster over the stairs. He also used materials that did not leave a mess. And he cleaned up whatever mess there was. I will definitely use him again.

If they aren't going to cover the screws with mud and they don't intend to complete the job entirely (leave the customer with hours of finish work and sanding) this should be made very clear before they begin the job.
