We are open 24 hours a day to answer all your questions.
We are an Inc. process service and court runner business with 19 years of combined experience. Services offered for Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, upper Westchester, Ulster and Sullivan counties of New York.
We serve your papers personally; we do not sub-contract your work out to others. All services are offered, from filing, purchase of index numbers, service of process to foreclosure representation at sales. We operate with 6 servers on a full-time basis, 6 days per week. We will serve evictions, divorce, child support, real estate, foreclosure, or any other legal papers you need delivered.
We are a proud member of the NYS Professional Process Servers Association.
We do not charge for milage ever. We also have never had a service reversed or contested. We also take a photograph at each location free of charge with a gps enabled phone with time and date stamp as well as exact location within 3 feet of the house we serve,upon request.
- Serving rate is flat, not by the mile, or the paper like others.

Process serving rates:
- Orange, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess counties -- $40.00; no added charges for multiple papers at same address.
- Upper Westchester, Ulster and Sullivan counties -- $50.00; no added charges for multiple papers at same address.
There is no extra charge for filing your affidavit with the court after services have been completed. We will not call you with any extra fees or excuses why we would need additional fees for our service.
We have on-staff notary service. By appointment, or will travel to you.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Please shop around and check prices, we will offer the same or better but are most likely already less expensive and do this for a living so we are fast and professional
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We get the job done with 6 full time employees 6 days per week in order to be faster and more affordable then others. We offer extra services at no charge such as extra papers at same address free as well as no milage charges ever and filing of the completed paperwork with the court at no charge.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Making my own hours and having great employees coming in daily to serve papers in all seven upstate ny counties
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Are we going to be charged extra money if the person is not home and you have to return to the house more then once? Answer is no

A. Yes two days ago while serving papers in goshen ny. The man who was to be served decided it was a good idea to answer the door naked
