Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Primarily wedding, Ba/ Bat mitzvah's parties and news. Portraits are my specialty. I work for a newspaper shooting news and other events.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do your homework, ask for references. Make sure you like who you are dealing with. If there is a problem before the job, there will be a problem after, be clear about every detail, and let the professionals do what they know best.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would like to know the experience level and how you would handle a problematic situation if one should arise.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you have back up and what other services do you offer? What equipment do you use, and is it updated. How soon will I receive my product?
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I studied commercial art and majored in photography at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. I always loved capturing images. I have been doing this since the days of film.
