- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new house cleaning client begins with an initial communication where I gather information about the client’s specific needs and expectations. We then schedule an initial visit to the client’s home to evaluate the space and discuss details such as cleaning frequency, priority areas, and any special requests. After providing a detailed and personalized quote, we confirm the date and time for the first cleaning service. While performing the service, I strive to provide impeccable results and exceed the client’s expectations with each visit. Open communication and continuous follow-up ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service and that their cleaning needs are addressed in a comprehensive and professional manner.
