Introduction: I am Thai and a self-taught chef. I specialize in unique exotic-style cuisine from various parts of the world, including Thai, Laos, Chinese, Pan-Asian, Latin American (Brazil, Argentina, and others), and South Pacific (Fiji, Malaysia, and others). Plus, I create and design traditional all-American cuisines as well. My clients include America Ferrera, Vanessa Williams, Halle Berry, Hilary Clinton, and a portfolio of others as well. I privately chef and cater events (cocktail and/or dinner parties, private, weddings, corporate, and benefits), from intimate dinners for 10 to cocktail parties up to 1,000. I also provide a private chef service, designing and creating weekly organic and freshly prepared dinners to my clients upon request. I hand select all of my ingredients, prepare, and cook the dishes on site at every private and corporate gatherings. As an event planner, I work with various vendors (rentals, alcohol, photographers, entertainers, flowers, and others) to create the perfect celebration and/or wedding. I personalize and create themes, color, table top design, and so much more. What's important is that my client gets involved and lets me know exactly what the aesthetic appeal will be and how they would want to feel when they are at their own celebration. Every event is different, but my signature design and theme creation, combined with a customized culinary tasting, gives everyone the ultimate experience from beginning to end. We also provide bartending and serving services for an additional charge. My team and I will take great care of my clients, from start to finish.
