Hi, The owner of Rubucon, Russ Burchette, is thorough with his work. Russ has strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to put his best effort into each task. Russ followed the blueprints of the plans to meet. He put the bed frame for me, and when there was a hurdle with the product, he went out of the way and got his tool-cutting machine home to measure, cut, and shape the iron railings.
Russ is the most reliable workman here in this area. This is the third time I have reached out to him; he got the work done. I have attached a photo here. Dr. Sujata Norman

Russell was recommended to me by my realtor for some carpentry work in my bathroom. I am very pleased with Russell’s work (making everything straight and flush in my old house!)
