Thing to consider when using and accounting outsourcing companies: Are bookkeepers based in the U.S.? Do they work in a secure environment, like their homes or a secure office facility? How is my information kept secure? How do I know they are qualified? Can I speak to a person who will understand my questions and respond from experience or do they need to look up the answer in some database? Are you comfortable dealing with a phone voice 3 or 4 time zones away?
