- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based off of what products the customer is interested in. All homes are different in their own unique way. It is our job as professional gutter installers to compliment your home while providing fair, and accurate pricing. We offer many discounts so call today and ask how we can help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a phone call. We listen, and gain an understanding of what our customers are looking for. We then set up a time for you to meet with one of our highly trained product consultants to provide you with a free estimate. After a quick introduction, we then measure your house and provide you with our professional opinion on how we can help you with your gutter needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 Years of residential and commercial gutter installation, and cleaning experience. We are the only certified LeafGuard installer in Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam County area. We specialize in working with custom seamless aluminum, copper, half round and box style gutters.
