Introduction: NASM CPT AMF SPORTS NUTRITIONIST I continuously further my education with seminars, books, webinars and new certifications. I have worked with elementary age children, the elderly and every type of person in between. A trainer should look their part, I keep myself in the best shape possible and take pride in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Helping people change their lives through proper movement and nutrition coaching, as well as coaching them to achieve goals they never thought possible regarding their strength and body composition. I was a skinny, un-athletic and uncoordinated kid. Through weight training I was able to increase not only my athleticism, but my confidence on the field and in life.
