Introduction: I like the fact that most of our business is through referrals. To be able to drive by a project 10, 20, 30 years later and still see it like the day one finished is a great feeling. As time has gone buy many customers have become great friends.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in the business. Some of my best memories of my younger years was working with my father and my grandfather who started his company in 1937. The value of working hard and having pride in one's work is still with me till this day. I went to Fordham University for undergraduate and to NYU for my masters the whole time working in the business with a goal to return to it full time and take it to another level.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We are a full service contractor with over 50 employees which is broken down into specialized divisions. Our craftsmen have compelted many projects in our 48 year history. Our work all done inhouse range from irrigation, masonry, asphalt driveways, retaining walls, drainage, grading, and carpentry from bathrooms to new houses. All our emplyees are OSHA 10 hour minumum certified. All work is overseen by one of the owners, with availibilty to meet with the client based upon their busy schedule. Customer satisfaction is our goal.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1) Do your research. 2) Do not be oversold or undersold. The lowest price does not mean the best price. Many times people cut corners which impact quality and durabilty of the final product. 3) Ask for insurances and if they can not provide it do not use them at all. The potential liability to you the property owner is great. 4) Find out who expedites the permits if necessary. Do not make your final payment until you have a certificate of completion from the building department if required. 5) Get references if you do not know this contractor. 6) Before any extra work is done go over the price before proceeding.
