- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the Hangar Studios we recognize that no two projects are alike. As such, no two projects will cost the same. Some require sound effects and original music, while others might be a simple read and cut. When asking about pricing, the only price that matters is your final cost. And with Hangar, the price we quote you is the price you pay -- and never a dime more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly are learning from publishing houses what the current trends are as well as attending several marketing events to stay up to date. We know what it takes to be an entrepreneur and that spirit is what we thrive on!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chad Dougatz, the founder of the Hangar Studios, began his career in radio in the mid-90s. Since then, he has gone on to host and produce several nationally-syndicated morning shows. Soon, a colleague asked Chad to produce a meditation for her on CD. The rest, as they say, is history. Chad saw that independent publishers and authors had no way of tapping in to the lucrative world of audiobooks. From that, the Hangar Studios was born.
