- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary for each cake depending on cake design. I start my buttercream Cakes at $8per serving and my fondant cakes at $11per serving. For customers interested in cake tastings for weddings I offer cake tasting boxes with 6 of my signature cakes for a fee of $40.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All orders must be placed with a minimum of 10 days' notice as long as we have availability. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for medium and large 2-tier cakes. We can only make 3-4 cakes per week and are often booked up quickly, especially on weekends. To secure a spot for your order on a specific date, a minimum deposit is required. This is due to the high volume of orders we have received recently and limited availability. Prices vary depending on the design and detail of the cake. Pictures are only used as inspiration. I do not copy and paste designs. After completing the deposit, we will offer a design consultation and inform you of the remaining balance.
