In the animal grooming industry people confuse the focus onto themselves, this experience is your pets experience. I study psychology and veterinary technology so I try my best to understand the animals brain and body as well as behavior. I set myself apart from other pet groomers because I believe a little patience and understanding go a long way. Especially with the high level of stress this business can cause, imagine trying to work with a child that cannot speak, hear, or understand you; you must then find that body language to communicate. Also I have been working with animals since 2002! The feeling of accomplishment and the transformation these animals go through once they are clean and strolling along the block with a new hair cut! I always loved makeovers.
