STOLE OUR LAPTOPS!
My wife dropped off two laptops to be repaired on the morning of April 15th, 2013. Don Columbo, the owner, called us on April 17th informing us that the repairs to the laptops had been completed and we could come to pick them up when our schedule allotted.
At 7:00am on April 19th, my wife received a phone call from a woman stating that a coworker of hers had bought a laptop with all of our information on it for $200. My wife went and retrieved the laptop; it was ours. We immediately called the police.
A case has been opened through the Rochester Police Department. We still do not have our 1 year old Lenovo laptop. Don Columbo s phone has been turned off since April 19th and he has not returned any of our voicemails.

I am sorry that this happened to this person but I believe he is talking about another company. We do everything to make our customers happy!
