Mark has always been quick to schedule an appointment and very accommodating. The work he has done on my computers has been reliable and timely. Mark has always been right easy to talk to and has been reliable. He cleaned up a lot of the the icon links that I very seldom use. He was able to explain a lot of the little things that I didn't understand. My computer works a lot faster since he worked on it. He was able to hook up the wireless router for me which I didn't have a clue how to begin let alone how to use a laptop.
