Mark has always been right easy to talk to and has been reliable. He cleaned up a lot of the the icon links that I very seldom use. He was able to explain a lot of the little things that I didn't understand. My computer works a lot faster since he worked on it. He was able to hook up the wireless router for me which I didn't have a clue how to begin let alone how to use a laptop.
