Introduction: Our staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Every person is different and might prefer different things done and we will make sure you are satisfied! We are also insured and bonded! Initial cleanings and one-time cleanings I charge by the hour at $40/hr. We will take care of all your cleaning needs. They will do a very thorough cleaning and take care of anything special you need done.

I used Quality Home Cleaning many times and never had any problems what so ever. Half my neighborhood uses Patti's services also and we all have been very satisfied in her services. My home smells clean and you can literally eat off my floors when they have finished cleaning. I was coming on the website to write my review and can't believe what I'm reading! This guy sounds difficult and hard to please. I would highly recommend Quality Home Cleaning.

To those of you out there looking for for a cleaning service, Quality Home Cleaning of Rochester is second to none. My house is always left feeling brand new and clean as can be. I strongly urge anyone who visits this site to ignore the ignorance in the two people (who obviously live together) that have bashed Patti and her company. She is the true epitome of what it means to be a "business woman." Always on time, respectful, courteous and values her ability to be flexible and make the customer happy! I wish there was a sixth star to rate Patti and her company with because that is how highly I would recommend her to others. -Rick P

Our most common jobs are for people who are busy working or just don't have time to get to the cleaning. We make sure that everything is dusted, vacuumed & sparkling when they get home. We want the house to smell fresh & clean when they walk in!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure that you check out their references, and how much experience they have. Make sure that they are insured and bonded as I am. They should be working for the customer and do whatever they can to accommodate them and keep them happy!
