- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes: movers, travel, trucks and all materials needed to do the move such as blankets, straps, wrap, dollies. We never upcharge for things such as mileage, truck rentals or stairways.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we maintain an open line of communication with our customers from the beginning until the job is finished up. We try to be as flexible as possible with everything and really cater to the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is essential to moving. You are working with customers items and you need to make sure that the guys doing the job have knowledge of everything in order to fit large items through small doorways and make sure that no damage occurs to the property or the item.
