Introduction: I haven't come by my own personal fitness overnight. I had to work hard to get to the athletic level that I am at today. This has left me with a real sincere understanding for what it feels like to embark on fitness goals, and what is necessary to achieve them. You won't ever get any judgement from me. I love when my clients begin to see results and start to take pride in their bodies and abilities. I love the excitement when people realize their dreams are achievable, and the fun we have in getting there.

I am a personal trainer myself and while I know all the science and I know all the exercises and techniques, sometimes I just need that extra motivation to excel and become something better. Janine is the kind of person that can tell you to work harder, and you do - willfully! She makes movement so fun and makes training and getting stronger, faster, better such a joy. She is very knowledgeable and, more importantly, able to apply that knowledge to so many different personality types and different fitness goals. She's one of the best trainers in Rochester and you'd do well to take a session with her to experience the awesome!

I've been working with Janine for the past 2 months or so and seen incredible results in a very short time. Even training only twice a week, Janine's extensive knowledge of physiology and training programs has resulted in a noticeable difference in my strength, and all the while it's been a blast. I couldn't recommend her more.

I've been lifting under Janine's instruction for a couple months now. Even as a former athlete, I've learned so much about proper form and how to get the most from my workouts. Janine is excellent with providing specific and personal attention if needed during workouts, even in larger groups. It's clear that she is dedicated and loves what she does. Workouts with her always have a positive attitude and you're never left feeling like you wasted your time at the gym. Janine gets my highest recommendation!

I've been doing strength training with Janine for about 2 months now. I began to notice strength and physical changes in just a few weeks. Janine does an excellent job and keeps the workout interesting. Highly recommended!
